1. How do I book a parking bay?
Send us an email with your name, vehicle registration, preferred date/time/location, and we’ll confirm availability via email.
2. How do I pay?
You’ll receive payment instructions in your confirmation email. All bookings must be prepaid.
3. What if I arrive late or overstay?
You are expected to arrive and depart as booked. Overstaying may result in a penalty or towing at your expense.
4. Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes — you’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
5. Is my data secure?
Yes. We store it securely and delete it within 24 hours after your booking ends. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Can I park a van or motorbike?
Yes, but let us know the size/type in your booking email so we can assign an appropriate space.
7. Do you offer long-term parking?
At this time, we offer short-term or single-day rentals. For special arrangements, contact us directly.
8. Are your bays monitored?
Some locations may have on-site monitoring or private security, but we do not guarantee surveillance. Park at your own risk.
9. Are your services legal and regulated?
Yes. London Council operates in full compliance with UK business and transport regulations. All bays are privately owned or leased with permission.
